Online Group Personal Training Classes are designed as a progressive system in six-week blocks with three classes per week. If you aren’t able to attend a session in person, you can watch the replay whenever it is convenient for you. Payment for all 18 classes in the six-week phase will be invoiced before the first class begins.

What You’ll Do

Class will start with self-myofascial release (SMR) and stretching to prepare for movement. Next, we will move into core, balance, and plyometric training. Then we will move into resistance training, which will be followed by cardio. Lastly, we will cool down with some recovery foam rolling and stretching. All exercises are scalable for all fitness levels and abilities.

What You’ll Need

For the first phase of our training, there are two pieces of equipment that everyone will need. You may already have these items, but if you don’t, we can send you links for what to buy:

1. Elastic resistance bands and loops: these are elastic bands with handles at both ends. Loops are elastic bands in a 12″ loop.

2. Foam or stick roller: we will use these to increase circulation, improve mobility, and speed up recovery.

Other equipment to have on hand: water, a towel, weights, and a sturdy step (this could be a stair at the the bottom of your staircase, or a sturdy step stool). You might want a sturdy chair for stability or a yoga mat if you get on the floor.

These are all important components whether you are running a 5K obstacle course, jumping out of the way of a runaway shopping cart in a parking lot, or stepping up onto a curb.

When it Happens

Group Personal Training classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 a.m. CST / 16:00 CET via Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent to you one hour before the session begins.
