“Joe Hayes is one of the most pleasant people I know. He has a lightness in his personality and while caring, he is focused on his work. He is very thorough and confident in his teaching but will never make you do anything physically that would harm you or he doesn’t do himself. He has been a great addition to the YMCA and a reason why I enjoy participating. He will leave a hole in the staff that will be difficult to fill. I would recommend him for work and would hire him instantly.”
